Once we have reviewed your request, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You should usually receive the credit within seven days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Damaged in Shipping or Defective Items
In the highly unlikely even that you receive a damaged or defective book, PLEASE DO NOT SEND IT BACK.
We cannot do anything with such an item, and you will incur extra expense for no reason.
Just let us know, and send a picture, and we will get it replaced. You can dispose of the damaged/defective item at your convenience
